Mindfulness in Motion and the Center for Integrative Health are now offering retreats!

Retreats are perfect for renewing, restoring, and healing people who are exhausted, anxious, or stressed!

The Mindfulness in Motion Program and Center for Integrative Health under the Department of Family and Community Medicine offer 2-, 4-, and 6-hour wellness retreats for departments and service-lines looking to support their employees and provide dedicated time for self-care. The Center will plan and facilitate the retreats with trained yoga, mindfulness, and wellness professionals for a fee to provide relaxation and restoration and can be customized to fit the needs of staff and faculty. Refreshments and props can be included upon request.
